Don Pancho’s Resort in Bargara gave Caughley & Co the task to refresh the resort’s aesthetic appeal whilst also completing practical upgrades to enhance guest safety and satisfaction. Situated in a prime beachfront location the resort’s potential was clear, and our objective was to ensure the location matched its incredible surroundings.

When Yeppoon’s Railway Hotel needed a fresh start, Caughley & Co were ready for the challenge.

At the heart of the transformation was the addition of an extended bistro, gaming room and bar to breathe fresh life into the venue. We modernized the interiors with new floor and wall finishes, sleek fittings, new mechanical services and enhanced bathroom facilities, ensuring patrons would find both comfort and modern conveniences.

As a family business first and foremost, educational projects hold a special place here at Caughley & Co. St Brendans College – a day and boarding college – presented us with the opportunity to once again demonstrate our passion to create clean and comfortable spaces for staff and students. The St Brendans student dormitory bathrooms and showers required comprehensive refurbishments, and new lunchroom and office areas were needed for staff.
