With more than 23 years’ experience in the construction industry from cadet to Construction Manager and everything in between. Michael has worked on a vast number of Brisbane’s land mark projects spanning hospitality, sports, education, commercial and residential high rise, defence and many more. Michael has a true passion for creating exceptional spaces and his hands-on approach, versatility, and technical knowledge coupled with his leadership, dedication, and drive to deliver assure top quality results for every client. Meet Shaun Lippett, a seasoned pro with a remarkable 25+ year construction career, beginning in residential carpentry and advancing through the commercial ranks on a diverse range of commercial projects to Project Manager. Shaun’s expertise spans all construction facets from Education and early learning to multimillion-dollar fit outs and new build experience gained through collaborations with renowned architectural firms. His standout traits are his meticulous attention to detail, and his ability to identify and tackle challenges adeptly for flawless project execution. Shaun’s dedication and innovative problem-solving adds immense value to our Caughley and Co. team, guaranteeing clients exceptional results across projects of any scale or complexity.
Meet James, As our Business Development Manager, James expands on his prior expertise in asset sales and lease transitions specializing in workspace optimization, partnering with businesses, and fostering B2B relationships. James is responsible for working with new clients and exploring new business and market opportunities for Caughley & Co, as well as growing our current portfolio of industry contacts and fostering new connections. With an innate ability to assess a client’s needs and provide B2B introductions, James is playing a key part in Caughley & Co’s continued growth and success.
