Don Pancho’s Resort in Bargara gave Caughley & Co the task to refresh the resort’s aesthetic appeal whilst also completing practical upgrades to enhance guest safety and satisfaction. Situated in a prime beachfront location the resort’s potential was clear, and our objective was to ensure the location matched its incredible surroundings.
The first order of business was a complete exterior update with a fresh render finish and a contemporary coat of paint. Not just about appearance; energy-efficient windows and doors were also introduced to offer guests a comfortable stay regardless of the season, whilst upgraded balustrades ensured enhanced safety without compromising on style. A crucial part of the project involved meticulous attention to the balconies and terraces – waterproofing and retiling transformed these areas into ideal spots for guests to appreciate the uninterrupted ocean views.
